1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using stacked-hq.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Site. The Site is operated by Stacked (the “Operator”,“we”, “us”).
2. What Stacked is (and isn't)
Stacked is an independent research-peptide intelligence platform. We publish vendor reviews (“Stacked Scores”), live vendor price comparisons, calculators, and editorial content about research peptides. We do not sell peptides, manufacture peptides, dispense peptides, or ship peptides. All vendors linked from Stacked are independent third parties with their own terms, policies, and liabilities.
We are not a pharmacy, doctor's office, compounding facility, clinical laboratory, or medical provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, treatments, or prescriptions. If you are considering any peptide protocol, consult a licensed physician.
3. Research-purposes-only disclaimer
Every peptide profile, protocol reference, vendor listing, dosing range, blog post, and calculator on Stacked is presented for research purposes only. Many compounds covered on the Site are investigational or available only as research chemicals, not pharmaceutical-grade products. Research chemicals are not FDA-approved and are not intended for human consumption.
Dosing ranges published on peptide profile pages reference published research protocols — they are not prescriptions and are not recommendations for human administration. You alone are responsible for any decision you make based on content you read on the Site.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction to use Stacked. By using the Site you represent that you meet those requirements. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
5. Affiliate relationships
Many outbound links on Stacked are affiliate links. If you buy from a vendor after clicking one, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We disclose this in detail on our Affiliate Disclosure page. Affiliate relationships do not influence vendor rankings, Stacked Scores, trial analysis, or editorial recommendations. Vendors cannot pay for placement, scores, or favorable coverage.
6. Content accuracy
We work hard to keep vendor prices, stock status, coupon codes, scores, and peptide profiles accurate, and we refresh data from vendor catalogs daily. That said, information on the Site is provided “as is”and may be out of date, incomplete, or in error at any given moment. Always verify pricing, stock, and product specifics on the vendor's own site at checkout.
Scientific content is summarized from published peer-reviewed research, preclinical studies, and clinical trial registries. We cite sources where practical, but summaries are not a substitute for reading the underlying papers and are not a substitute for professional clinical judgment.
7. Your responsibilities
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right in your jurisdiction
- Scrape, harvest, or mass-copy Site content for republication without written permission
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or attack the Site's infrastructure
- Submit false or fraudulent information through any form (including the newsletter signup)
- Use the Site to make unsupervised medical decisions for yourself or others
- Use affiliate links in a manner that circumvents vendor or Amazon Associates policies (e.g. cookie stuffing, self-referrals)
8. Third-party links and vendors
The Site links to third-party vendor websites, research papers, YouTube videos, and other external resources. We don't control those destinations and we're not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, prices, or product quality. When you click through to a vendor, your interaction with that vendor is governed by their terms and privacy policies — not ours.
9. Intellectual property
The Site, including the Stacked name, logo, Stacked Score methodology, editorial content, and underlying codebase, is owned by the Operator or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may view, print, and link to individual pages for personal, non-commercial research use. Republishing, scraping, or reselling Site content requires our written permission.
Vendor names, logos, trademarks, and product images referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on Stacked does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership beyond any disclosed affiliate relationship.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted access. We make no guarantees that vendor prices, stock, coupons, scores, or peptide profiles are complete, current, or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Stacked nor its officers, employees, contractors, or licensors will be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, purchase decisions made based on Site content, or interactions with third-party vendors reached through the Site.
Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Site will not exceed US $100. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations on implied warranties or liability — those restrictions may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Stacked harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your interaction with any vendor or third party linked from the Site.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, in the City of Wilmington, Delaware. You waive the right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual-property infringement or breach of confidentiality.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Effective” date at the top of this page and, where practical, announced via the Stacked newsletter. Continued use of the Site after a material change means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may stop using the Site at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual-property, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute resolution) will survive.
